Roof Cleaning

Roof Cleaning is now available at Harpendenclean. A soft wash/ power wash adapter is used with telescopic carbon fibre poles to clean roofs. This means that we can safely access and clean roofs, cladding and gutters. The end of the water-fed pole is fitted with an adapter. Attached to this is the nozzle. Selecting the correct nozzle increases or decreases the water pressure. Attached to the other end of the adapter is a pressure hose running to a pressure washer. We spray the roof with cleaner. We then rinse the roof with clean water. As a result, roofs are cleaned without damaging or degrading the tiles. You can see how high we can reach in illustration 1 Please see illustration 1.

Blackwash

First of all, Blackwash is applied to a roof, render, paving, cladding or UPVC. Blackwash is a highly effective cleaning agent that does not damage exterior surfaces, therefore,  ideal for roof cleaning. This fast-acting cleaner achieves  Impressive results. Furthermore, It becomes inactive within sixty minutes of application. In addition, It does not bio-accumulate. As a result, this method of cleaning is very environmentally safe. Blackwash conforms to the latest EU guidelines on Biodegradability

Biocidal Wash

Finally, customers have the option of having Biocidal wash applied to roofs to prevent future biological growth.  Biological growth such as moss, lichen and algae can make a roof look dirty and untidy. Biocidal wash will also keep the roof cleaner for longer.
