In more recent times it has been in the hands of a Private Financial Services Company who have maintained the Building to a high Standard. The building was selected as a film set for an upcoming production which has caused a huge amount of interest in the town. There have been parking restrictions and road closures but all in all the venture seems to have been a great success.
